Freehold Area Challenger Sports

Freehold Area Challenger Sport LeagueFreehold Area Challenger Sports provides a safe environment for youth with various disabilities to participate in the team sports of baseball, soccer, and basketball.  The athletes learn basic sports skills, teamwork, social skills, following directions, sportsmanship, and self-confidence. It is strictly a volunteer organization, and while team oriented, is non-competitive. Sports are adapted to meet individual needs. Freehold Area Challenger Sports serves approximately 200 athletes within a fifteen mile radius. Contact person is Alan Goldstein, 732-462-3207.

Challenged Youth Sports of Middletown

Challenged Youth Sports began in 1990 in Lincroft, New Jersey as a recreational sports program for children with disabilities. The program is totally volunteer based, using caring adults and wonderful teenagers from our community. Our objective is to provide recreation for the children while fostering an environment for positive reinforcement through recreational sports.

Chariot Riders

Chariot Riders Inc. is a registered non-profit organization accredited by the North American Riding for the Handicapped Association (NARHA) that provides therapeutic horseback riding for physically and mentally challenged children and adults to improve the quality of their physical, emotional, mental and social well-being! Our Ocean County Facility is located in Manchester, NJ and the Monmouth County Facility is located in Farmingdale, NJ.
